Village Day 2022

This year, we are thrilled to announce the return of Village Day - a celebration that brings the whole community together. Entry is free and there is no need to book. Come along and join in the fun!

Local businesses, charities, clubs  and societies are all encouraged  to take part on this special day.  It’s a great opportunity to celebrate the village and its community, raise awareness, increase membership and raise much needed funds.

• Live entertainment throughout the day
• Wide variety of food and drink

Book a pitch:

Each standard pitch is approx 4m x 4m. It is possible to request multiple pitches (see booking form).  The layout of the field will be planned to accommodate all activities and stallholders.

Pitches are available on a first  come first served basis. If you are interested in booking a pitch for this year's event, please download the registration and return this via one of the methods on the form. Alternatively, contact us for more information on attending this event. 

Book before 31st March to take advantage of the early bird discount!

Pitch prices:

£15 if booked before 31st March 2022

£25 if booked between 1st April - 11th June 2022.

We regret we cannot accept bookings received after this closing date.

Directions:

The event will be located at The Pavillion, New Ash Green (DA3 8HS)

The field can be accessed via the  Pavilion Car park.

Parking:

Limited free parking is available at  the Sports Pavilion Car park.  Additional free parking is available in  the Village Centre or on Redhill  Road (next to the field).

Event Timing:

Setup - 10am until 11.45am  

Event - 12 noon until 5pm
