New Ash Green Social Committee are pleased to announce the return of our exciting Christmas festivities for 2023! Join us as we kick off the Christmas season with three fantastic events over the course of three days:

SANTA PARADE AND CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SWITCH ON

Friday 1st December 2023

7pm (TBC) in the shopping centre, New Ash Green, DA3 8HH

Following the huge success of his tour last year, we are pleased to confirm that Santa is back for 2023!! Along with this entourage of elves, Santa will be flying through the streets of NAG once more; bringing joy (and maybe even some sweets) to the neighbourhoods. Come wave him along and then join your neighbours in the village centre as we light up our festive 16' christmas tree! Expect carolling, a live brass band, market stalls, food, drink and of course, a very special guest! Not to be missed.

Watch this space: a Santa tracker will be published nearer to this event so that you can keep track of the big man himself!

PANTOMIME - ROBIN HOOD

Saturday 2nd December 2023

1:30 pm at The Village Hall, New Ash Green, DA3 8HH

Presented by touring company Shooting Star productions, this 50 minute pantomime is packed full of great songs, adventure, slapstick comedy and thigh slapping heroics that have become synonymous with the Shooting Star brand. Can Robin Hood defeat the villainous Sheriff of Nottingham? Who will win Maid Marion's heart? Who will win the archery contest? Why not bring the family and find out!

FAMILY CRAFT SESSION AND GROTTO

Sunday 3rd December 2023

12:15 - 4:30pm at The Village Hall, New Ash Green, DA3 8HH

The fun continues with our Christmas Craft session - you can even meet the big man himself!

With a number of guided craft activities available for children (and parents!) to enjoy! Kids will be able to make and take away their own Christmas cards and decoration before ending the experience with a trip through the magical portal to visit Santa in the North Pole! They'll even receive a special gift to put under the tree.

Various time slots available. Please allow one hour to complete the activities.

Tickets are £6 per child which includes a present from Santa (Booking fees apply).

Accompanying adults are free of charge.

Refreshments will be available to purchase at both sessions.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable. Limited tickets are available for both the Pantomime and the Craft activities. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Those from the village are encouraged to walk to the Village Hall. However for those coming from outside there are three car parks in New Ash Green:
